Card Catalog of Competencies

A personal project. Initially inspired by the Korn Ferry Competency Framework, I began work on what I thought would be the equivalent for creatives and leadership. It’s grown instead into a tool to guide individuals and/or managers and their reports to build on their growth paths; identifying and articulating key skills, areas of improvement, and working towards growth with curated guidance.

Always iterating. Currently working towards an MVP to launch in April 2025.
