HCD Leadership + Service Design + Consulting

At projekt202, I led multiple teams of researchers, designers and technologists to investigate, consult, design and build human-centered enterprise software. The three projects below are selected based on their scale, project/program length and scope of approach (from research to product launch to maintenance and governance).

In my current role, I’ve been lucky to be assigned additional project work on top of Design and Delivery Ops leadership including as a service design lead on an IRS discovery sprint and Community Management and Ops lead for two US Department of Health and Human Services [Healthathon] engagements (Long COVID and Lyme disease).
